121st INTER STATE REGIONAL ONLINE ABACUS COMPETITION
1. Requirements : Two Devices with proper Internet Connectivity.1st Device - Mobile with Zoom App installed (for the parent to give us a live feed of the child's workspace while the child is giving the competition). For Children giving the Competition on Abacus, their Abacus and Keypad of the 2nd device should be clearly visible. 2nd Device - Laptop / Tablet or Mobile on which the child would be giving the Competition.
2. Use your 1st Device(Mobile) to log in for Zoom Meeting. Enter Zoom Meeting ID, Your Name (Hall Ticket No followed by name eg. Z0035 JAANVI KHAITAN) and Zoom Meeting Password. Children who do not enter with proper login credentials will be penalised 20% marks.
3. Make sure that you login on time for the competition. Once the competition begins then the Meeting will be locked and you will not be able to give the competition.
4. All children need to wear Brainobrain T-Shirts for the competition.
5. The total Time Limit is 4 minutes which is divided into 4 papers. Each Paper will be for 1 minute.
6. From the 2nd Device, log on to isro.brainobrainup.com , enter your Hall Ticket No. , Password and wait for further instructions which will be giving during the Zoom Meeting.
7. Use Abacus - All Little Bobs, T Category(40pgs) , Level 1 and 2 children will be doing all the sums on Abacus. Children who are found doing otherwise will be disqualified.
Without Abacus (M.A.) - All Children of Level 3 to 10 will be doing all the sums without Abacus.
8. The entire Competition would be Invigilated by 4-5 invigilators and would also be recorded so that each participants performance can be examined later as well. The Observations made by the invigilators would be considered final and binding on all the participants and franchisees.
9. The Results for the Competition will be declared within a week and the same will be communicated to the child through their respective Brainobrain Centres.
10. In Case of any discrepancy, managements decision will be final.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Video should be on throughout the Zoom Meeting.
2. The childs entire workspace should be visible while the child is giving the competition.
3. There should be nobody else in the room except for the child and one of the parents.
4. In case the child is logged out of the Zoom Meeting during the Competition then the same has to be reported immediately by sending a whatsapp to the following number 9140152776. While reporting the problem you need to send your Hall Ticket Number & Level along with the message that you were logged out of Zoom Meeting while you were doing the competition paper.
5. All other problems need to be reported to the examiners and invigilators during the Zoom Session.
6. The problem needs to be reported before the competition is over for us to consider the child for a re-exam.
7. The children who are disqualified or absent will not be allowed to appear for a re-exam.
8. Once the competition is over, the child will be getting a message on screen that the Paper has been successfully submitted. Please click a screenshot/photo of the same and send it to your Brainobrain Teacher immediately.
